Accommodation

We provide accommodation at Hotel ibis Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof in double rooms shared with another participant. The accommodation is free of charge. The hotel is located directly next to the main train station Heidelberg Hbf and its address can be found below.

Please note that accommodation is provided for two nights from Monday, August 21 to Wednesday, August 23.

Check-In

In general, check-in is only possible from 3:00 p.m. Upon arrival in Heidelberg you can ask at the Hotel, if an earlier check-in is possible. Nevertheless, check-in is still possible on Monday evening after the first day of conference without any problems. Further, the luggage can of course be left at the hotel.

Getting around

From the hotel, you can easily get to the conference location by tram. The tram stop Heidelberg Hauptbahnof is in walking distance and you need to take a tram to the stop Bunsengymnasium.

Furthermore, Nextbike (bike sharing) is also available in Heidelberg.
